Give 3 hygiene rules to prevent cross-contamination.

A

Wash hands with hot water and soap to remove bacteria.
Wash all work surfaces before and after cooking to prevent the spread of bacteria.
Store raw and cook meats apart, and keep well wrapped to stop bacteria passing from raw food onto cooked.
