a bright red throat with mild soreness, little swelling, yellow/white pus on surface, recurrent attacks, feverish sensation in 5 hearts, malar flush, night sweats, sore weak lumbar/knees

P- thin, rapid

severe sore throat, radiates to ear/neck, difficulty swallowing, red swelling throat, yellow pus on the surface, high fever, thirst, cold drinks, cough yellow sticky sputum, foul breath, constipation, deep yellow scanty urine
