2) diet
patterns:

2) D-H in SP/ST
commonly seen in hypochondriac and lumbar, headache, dizziness, redness of face/eyes, restlessness, irritability, nausea, vomit, bitter taste, yellow scanty urine

T- red, yellow coat
P- wiry, rapid
LIV/GB fire points:
ashi, LIV-14, LIV-3, SJ-6, GB-34
commonly seen in the face and chest, fullness in the epigastrium, poor appetite, fatigue

T- red, yellow greasy coat
P- soft, rapid
D-H in SP/ST points

differentiate Damp VS heat
DAMP VS HEAT
blister: blister:
yellow/white discharge red-blood
pale, red tight edges of blister
pain not as severe burning, stabbing
thirst no drink bitter taste
loose stool irritablitlity
poor appetite constipation
