-dry nose/throat -slight sore throat, cough
-burning sensation -plumb-pit
-sore throat, diff swallowing -burning, itching, dry
-fresh red swelling -sticky expectoration
-enlarged lymph, palpable -scattered lymph
-untxed: severe pain, mucous, -red congested throat

- coarse voice -course voice
- sore throat - dry dull pain (am-mild, pm-severe)
- cough lots sputum -intermittent sx
- difficult expectoration -profuse sputum, diff expectorate
- red vocal cord that has diff open/close
- dysnea
