-dry nose/throat -slight sore throat, cough
-burning sensation -plumb-pit
-sore throat, diff swallowing -burning, itching, dry
-fresh red swelling -sticky expectoration
-enlarged lymph, palpable -scattered lymph
-untxed: severe pain, mucous, -red congested throat
