Q

T Staging for Oral Cavity

A

T1 - < or = 2 cm T2 - 2 < x < 4 cm T3 - > 4 cm but doesn’t invade other structures T4 - T4a: Invades adjacent stuctures - cortical bone, deep m. of tongue, maxillary sinus, skin of face T4b: Masticator space, pterygoid plates or skull bnase and/or encases internal carotid artery T4 if lip site: invades through cortical bone, inferior alveolar nerve, floor of mouth or skin of face
