What is the message of tissues?
We have the power to do anything ,(unlimited potential represented through paper)
What is the analysis of the Conciet “Well used books” “Histories” “Maps”
Reflects humanities potential through papers many uses/qualities (and also generations)
+in the past ,there was more meaning to humanity shown by the paper lasting (and being significanct e.g.history) -however in present we are yet to use this potential as humanity is presented as shallow/ disposable.
What is the analysis of the Symbolism “Sun shines through” and “luminous”
Light represents hope:
Past- paper is thin and lets light through (is meaningful as it allows potential to be seen)
Present- paper emits light :meaning it has potential and just needs to use it/ express it.
What is the analysis of the lexical field of construction in “brick” “block” “grand design”
Present:(Brick/Block): society is ridged and limited in potential- its shallowness is shown through simple/linear building methods: doesn’t explore potential/nothing special can be made with this.
Past:(Grand design) An allusion to God/Divinity! -is a reference to how present could be/ could remake the world into something divine with the right liberation. -but we are not fulfilling our potential.
