What are some complication with tinnitus
Partial or complete deafness
High Pitch can drive an individual to the point of suicide
What would you use to test for hearing
A turning fork
and would test for air conduction or mastoid process
What are the levels of Deafness
There are 4 degrees of deafness
What are some subjective symptoms for tinnitus
noise in the ear, outsiders are unable to hear it
ringing in the ear, roaring, humming, buzzing, clicking, intermitter or continuous
It can be high or low

Slight deafness
Difficulty heating away/people with low pitch 10-30db
ii degree of deafness/tinnitus
Medium deafness
difficulty hearing nearby
30-60db

Deafness/Tinnitus
Acute onset, obstruction and distention in the ear, continuous lous and low pitched tinnitus which is not relieved by pressing ear. Red face, thirst, irritability, anger, chest tightness, excessive phlegm, constipation, dizziness, ear pain with pus discharge
Tongue: red tongue with yellow or yellow greasy coating
Pulse: Wiry or wiry slippery
Liver and GB Fire with retention of phlegm heat
chronic onset, intermittent, low and high pitched tinnitus with alleviated by ear pressure and aggravated by overwork, dizziness, low back ache, excessive leukorrhea, or fatigue, listlessness, poor appetite, abdominal distention, loose stool, pale complexion
Tongue: Red or pale tongue, thin coating
Pulse: Thready, rapid or thready weak
