What are the main manifestation of Qi and Blood Deficiency

A

Slow onset, start with distending and draggling sensation of rectum during defecation and returning to normal after bowel movement.
Sustained without proper treatment, recurrence may happen by overstrain and the prolapsed rectum fails to return spontaneously without the aid of hand
Pulse: Soft and Thin
Tongue:: Sallow complexion, fatigue, SOB, palpitation, dizziness

Main manifestation of Damp heat

A

Usually seen in acute dysentery or inflammated hemorrhoids, prolapse of rectum with bearing down sensation around anus, tenesmus
Red and swollen anus with burning pain and itching
Tongue: red tongue with yellow greasy coating
Pulse: Soft or slippery

How would bowel movement be presented?

A

Abnormal bowel movement
Constipation or diarrhea - 50 - 70% is constipation
Tennenmus - urgency to go, but there is no bowel movement
Bleeding

A

Bearing down sensation/distending sensation around anus
Itching due to mucus irritation, bacteria

A

In lower abdomen, particularly in the left side
Bearing down sensation, can radiate in lower back even both legs, pain
Overall a heavy sensation in groin
