~ Handle the interruption right away, then get back to work. DON’T GET SIDETRACKED!!
~ Communicate with your team so they know when you should not be interrupted
~ Be transparent with your team so they can ask questions at an appropriate time

~ Don’t make excuses, ie, no time, over brainstorming
~ Break big tasks into smaller ones
~ Don’t delay your work with pleasant activities
