managing by crisis, social media, poor planning, taking on too much, unexpected visitors, disorganization, inability to say no, procrastination, meetings, improper delegation

to do list, schedule, filing system, streamline work, reduce interruptions, time log, preparing the night before, minimize distractions, auditing time, doing the hard things first, delegate, saying no, finding your sweet spot
