Describe the personal development plan
A document which helps record the development of an employee, this identifies the steps for this employees career to progress. This must be discussed with the manager and the target agreed upon.
Describe the Action plan
A document which is used to record large/ long term projects. The purpose and the resources have to be clearly identified. The document should include: The break down, tasks and responsibilities and the estimated time for completion
Describe a To - Do list
A note which lists tasks that need to be completed over a period of time. This is used daily and can make tasks more manageable is your tasks are organised.
Describe Gantt Charts
A type of chart that shows tasks displayed against a time limited. includes lists of tasks with a timescale. It allows managers to see when the work began and the start and end dates. These charts help compare planned work with progress which allows adjustments if time is needed.

An electronic diary is a digital tool used to arrange and manage meetings and appointments, allowing easy editing, shared access among participants, to-do lists, automatic invitations, and reminders.
