Describe Planning Skill
Identifying the goals or objectives to be achieved, the strategies to achieve them, and the actions required.
Describe Prioritising skill
Judging the relative important of tasks and deciding which are important and which are less important.
Describe Delegating skill
Allocating work or tasks to other colleagues.
Describe Assertiveness task
Being able to say ‘no’ to others, for example, when you already have a full workload and taking on more work would mean targets or deadlines cannot be met.
Describe Negotiating skill
Being able to argue or make a case, eg, changes to priorities and deadlines, or to acquire additional resources.
Describe Managing resources
Making the most effective use of time, staff and equipment.
