Q

What are the narrow-complex, regular tachycardias?

A
  • Sinus tachycardia: normal rhythm
  • Atrial tachycardia: inverted P wave in I, II, aVF
  • AVRT:
  • AVNRT: retrograde P wave (pseudo-S-wave) that results from the depolarization going back up the fast path
  • Atrial flutter: saw-tooth pattern, can look almost like normal ones that are more jagged on the upslope
