What are the narrow-complex, regular tachycardias?
A
- Sinus tachycardia: normal rhythm
- Atrial tachycardia: inverted P wave in I, II, aVF
- AVRT:
- AVNRT: retrograde P wave (pseudo-S-wave) that results from the depolarization going back up the fast path
- Atrial flutter: saw-tooth pattern, can look almost like normal ones that are more jagged on the upslope
