Why did the implementation of the Community Health Centers Act of 1963 fail?
Only 50% of the proposed centers were ever built
Shut down institutions to use drugs to tx pt. There were no community resources, but some started to be funded. In the 80s they found it didn’t work so they put the money to states since the govt could not achieve their goals.
