People who are protesting won’t back down - very passionate
FOR holy war
-Scripture shows that God does sometimes support war - God commanded to ‘Prepare for war!’ when their land had been taken
-The Bible shows Jesus fulfilling righteous anger when God’s home was used for trading so overturned their tables
- A holy war could be a just war if following the jwt

Catholic Church teachings about terrorism
- completely opposed to all terrorism
- accepts that responding to terrorists may require an act of violence as there may be no ther way (must follow jwt)
- they told America to seek a peaceful resolution after 9/11
The Church of England teachings about terrorism
- sees the work of building community as vital to combating terrorism as it can provide a sense of respect
- a community can also provides support for people preventing them from going out and connecting with the wrong people (radicalisation)
