He was charasmatic and persuasive and told the German people what they wanted to hear
He wanted to rebuild Germany and give it protection

He promised people jobs during a job shortage
He promised to overthrow the treaty of versailles and get revege on England and France
Propaganda press radio and rallies
The press - non nazi newspapers were either closed or taken over, the new was strictly controlled and editors had to meet certain requirements in their newspapers
Radio- all radio stations were under state control, there were lots of radios sold that were cheapt to mass produce,they were installed in public places to listen to, all Hitlers speeches were broadcasted on them, the broadcasts also told people about the nazi ideals
Rallies - rallies were introduced to show the order, strength and discipline of Germany,there was an annual rally in nuremburg
Propaganda books and art ,
Boos and art - nazi aert was classicla and realistic and showed the good things about Nazi Germany, Hitler banned modern art, writers and composers were either convinced or forced to do works in praise of Hitler, jewish and communist booms were burned
Music – jazz was banned due to black origins,7 april 1933 the re-establishment of the civil service law was passed which lead to the dismisal of all jewish, singers, music teachers,conductors and administrators
