Created by Francis Bacon and Rene Descartes, it is a step-by-step process for performing experiments or other scientific research.

Who was Ptolemy?
He is a famous Greek thinker and was the first person to come up with the theory that Earth was in the center of the universe. It was called the “geocentric theory.”
Who was Nicolaus Copernicus
He introduced the theory that the Earth and other planets actually revolved around the Sun. The theory was called heliocentrism.
Who was Galileo Galilei?
He was an Italian scientist who invented the telescope and proved Copernicus’ theory. Was put up against the Inquisition.
Who was Isaac Newton?
He was one of the greatest scientists. He discovered gravity, came up with many theories, and published the Principia Mathematica which is a book.
