All aspects of written investigation being checked by a small group of experts in a field who should conduct an objective review and be unknown to the researcher

-to suggest amendments and improvements
-to validate the quality and relevance of the research

-improving employee’s productivity and wellbeing
-reducing the nation’s expense on mental health

-anonymity- more honest appraisal (: BUT might abuse this to criticise rival researcher
-burying ground-breaking research- findings that go with current, mainstream opinion are more likely to be passed than new and innovative research ):
