Rehabilitation is the process of restoring a person to good health following a surgery, an accident or other illness, including recovery from addiction. Rehabilitation may include support from physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors or psychotherapists.
It may also include using complementary therapies such as acupuncture, aromatherapy, which are not part of the conventional medical treatment on NHS
