Required placement:
- Prominently posted at all customer entrances to pharmacy or retail store
Required verbiage:
- Must clearly specify pharmacy hours if they differ from retail store

Sign with 1-inch tall letters on, over or adjacent to main entrance with name of PIC (MOR)

Pharmacies INSIDE another store= Reasonable-sized sign in highly observable spot that indicates pharmacy inside
All pharmacies that dispense Schedule II-V medications must sell prescription lock boxes at each store location (does not include institution pharmacies or a pharmacy department).
The pharmacy must have a sign on/near counter that advertises the sale
- Must be 4 inches by 5 inches
- Must state: “Lock boxes for securing your prescription medications are available at this pharmacy”
