You neurons can only send one kind of electrical impulse. So how does it distinguish between different types of signals?
A
It can change the frequency (number of pulses in a certain amount of time). Sort of the way morse code works!

What is ACTION POTENTIAL? (And why’s it called that?)
A
Another term for those impulses your neurons send. Because they are the information that your brain and body use to create actions!
