The Lecture we Didn't go to Flashcards
Why didn’t we go to this lecture?
We’re all assholes.
Why shouldn’t we have missed this lecture?
Apart from disappointing Mitchell and Greg, this is actually the most interesting lecture from the subject.
What ages are counted as ‘youth’?
15-25. Which for reference, coming from somebody with a fucking degree in YOUTH counselling, is wrong. It’s 12-25. According to everyone else in this damn country. We don’t need to know this. It’s just here because it pissed me off.
“Are they here?”
“Uh…nooo…”
tumbleweed rolls out the lecture theatre door
Why is using technology good for mental health?
It’s cheap compared to setting up more clinics. Young people can be weened off clinics after a while, and can extend f2f treatment models
What does f2f mean?
Face to face
What is a randomised control trial?
Study in which people are allocated at random (by chance alone) to receive one of several clinical interventions
Is this lecture even assessed?
Idk.
