A new way of organising society, linked with capitalism and economic development. It is a capitalist development in the 20th century
Who is associated with fordism and who created the term
Gramsci, an Italian Marxist coined the term. The concept is very much associated with Henry ford, the founder of ford cars.

There should be a relationship between the worker and the consumer, a worker should be paid enough for to be a consumer of its product
