It lead to an increase of of black settlement in the west.

It resulted in 43,000 ex-slaves heading to Kansas.
Why is it called the ‘Exodus’ter Movement?
‘Exodus’ related to God leading them away from their problems in a land of freedom and no prosecution. (Kansas)
What challenges did the Exodusters face?
They faced hostility from whites in Kansas, and struggled to settle because the land was NOT free. What a little dick sucking bastard liar Benjamin is.
What did opinions did the whites have on this movement?
The Americans opposed this and believed the black settlers shouldn’t be helped and that they should be sent back to the southern states.
What problems did the Exodusters, who could afford Homesteads face?
The farm land was tough and they couldn’t afford the farming equipment or the cost of setting it up.
When did the Exoduster Movement end? Where did the African Americans whi couldn’t settle go?
The movement ended in 1880, and many African Americans moved to Nebraska and Oklahoma.
