How did Oliver Cromwell become a dictate

A

In inraldn Cromwell pursed a brudal campaign against the Irish. When the city resisted cromwells soldiers massacred its entire garrison. All Catholic landowners in the north of Ireland were forced remove there lands. Northern Ireland was resettled with English And Scottish Protestants making stronghold of Protestants Ireland, Cromwell had taken over
