What was the problem with free speech introduced in the Constitution?
It gave political extremists the right to publish their ideas.
How did free speech help the Nazis?
They were able to publish their extremist ideas (Mein Kampf is a good example).
What is Proportional Representation?
PR means that parties will get the same percentage of seats to the amount of votes. This meant that all small parties got at least one seat.
What was the problem with PR?
As so many different parties could have a significant number of seats, there was a lot of unstable coalitions (with several parties) with conflicting ideas.
What was Article 48?
The law that allowed the President to make decisions in a national emergency.
