A

Links to Loud because when the cord is cut this symbolises the person becoming their own person, in Loud when the person gains their own voice they gain their own identity.
Links to ‘Tall’ as once she gets her wish she gains an identity she is comfortable with. She manages to find happiness in this but this happiness quickly disintegrates and becomes a hindrance. The cord becomes a hindrance to her because she becomes fixated on it, constantly asking about its whereabouts.
