In 1528 William Tyndle published book “obedience of the Christian man”,

despite this being banned in England henryVIII read a copy from Anne Boleyn. And was impressed. BUT HE DIS NOT FULLY AGREE ON THE PROTESTANT VIEWS.

A

Hume was a London merchant whose baby son died in 1511. He refused to pay funeral fees. He was sued by priests, then arrested on Protestantism.

Later found dead hanging in his cell. Claimed suicide but is likely he was killed by clergy
