Ensure team are trained and briefed
Results are recorded accurately free from influence
Atmosphere free from smells
Environment consistent in lighting and temp
Individual booths to reduce influence of other tasters
Presented exactly same to reduce bias
Small number of samples presented at one time
Coded samples with random numbers
Correct temps
Drink water or biscuit in between
