- May be associated with: abdominal pain, N+V

Describe the management of suspected testicular torsion

A
  • Urgent referral to urology
  • Urgent surgical exploration of the scrotum and bilateral orchiopexy (or orchidectomy if surgery delayed/there is necrosis)
