A

Blood tests:
- Tumour markers which may be raised include alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), beta-hCG and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)

Imaging:

  • Testicular USS usually first line investigation to confirm the diagnosis
  • CT scan for staging
