- Scrotal ultrasound
- Tumour markers:
- Alpha-fetoprotein (50-70% Teratoms and Yolk Sac Tumours)
- Beta hCG (40% Teratoma, 15% Seminoma)
- LDH (10-20% Seminoma)
- Regular Testicular Self Examination advised
