A

painless, hard scrotal bump

gynaecomastia (tumour produces hCG)

lymphadenopathy

A

bloods; FBC, U&Es, LFTs, tumour markers (alpha fetoprotein, B-hCG, LDH)

urine pregnancy test; positive shows tumour

CXR- metastases, testicular US
