Describe the location of the inferior petrosal sinuses
The inferior petrosal sinuses are two small sinuses situated on the inferior border of the petrous part of the temporal bone, one on each side. Each inferior petrosal sinus drains the cavernous sinus into the internal jugular vein.

Superior Sagital Sinus, 2 x transverse sinus, straight sinus, occipital sinus

A Blockage Stress Apendicitus Solar Plexus (stress) Coeliac plexus- superior mesenteric. inferior mesenteric T10-L2- sympathetic supply Vagus Nerve
What underlying conditions would you suspect in a patient who reported anal bleeding
Colon Cancer Duodenal Ulver Haemoroids Constipation Crohns Disease
How would you approach the treatment of a patient with anal bleeding
Consult GP. Treat for stress.
How would differentiate different conditions of anal bleeding?
Colour of blood. Dark no oxgenated coming from Colon. Oxygenated more likely to be anal fissures/ tears

Posterior superior margin of 3rd Ventricle
Where is the Thymus Gland located?
Behind the Sternum
