toward the interior (endomysium - the connective tissue covering a muscle fiber)

upon or above (epimysium - the connective tissue covering a group of muscle fasciculi)

between (intercellular - originating or occuring in between cells)

middle or intermediate (mesothelial tissue - a type of epithelial tissue that lines the internal body cavities)

small size (microtubule - an organele that asists with cell movement and transport of substances within the cell)

pertaining to muscle (perimysium - connective tissue covering each muscle fasciculus)

bone (ossicles - the bones of the middle ear: malleus, incus, and stapes)
