What’s Scope
Sum of all work required to meet project objectives
Project scope

Scope Baseline
3 components: scope statement (do and do not); WBS (visual representation); DBS Dictionary (every workpackge has a complimentary dictionary to describe work)

Gold Plating
Extra work done by the team not asked by client – outside of boundary of scope (waste time, resource, and money)
Moscow technique
Used to prioritize requirements: M – must have O – filler letter S – should have C – could have O – filler letter W – won’t have (really good reason to do it – only if can justify)
Nominal Group Technique
Vote for requirements (>50%, parality, dictator votes)

Simulation/model of a product, good way to get feedback, may be costly, takes time
