HIV, TB infection, and infant galactosemia
Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, GERD, and bloody stools secondary to proctocolitis.
If IgE mediated can have anaphylaxis
Milk protein intolerance
Begin at 6 months of age with a new food every 3-4 days followed by evaluation for food intolerance or allergy

Weight less than 3rd-5th percentile for age and sex on growth charts on more than 1 occasion

Weight for length less than 10th percentile on pediatric growth chart comparison
