clinical diagnosis
management
conservative management
-stress relief
-massage
-taking better care of yourself (more sleep, water, physical activity, regular meals)
medical
-painkillers (aspirin or paracetamol or ibuprofen)
-antidepressants for those taking many medications
complications
none
prognosis
self-treatment with painkillers is effective
