What are the 2 other ligaments that connect the mandible to the cranium (although they are not strong)?

During opening of the jaw, what are the 2 movements?
- anterior gliding (occurs in upper cavity)

During protrusion and retrusion how does the head and articular disc move?
head and articular disc slide anteriorly & posteriorly both sides move together in grinding fashion
