The task - based model

The product-based model
focus on tangible deliverables and outcomes, and plan the project from the perspective of your customers, rather than focusing on the action items within a project.
Product Breakdown Structure (PBS)
devides the task that produce a product from tasks that require another product as an input.
Hybrid Method
This combination of WBS and PBS,
where WBS is used to sturcture both the task and the products
Network and planning models
creating a diagram that shows the timeline and the relationship betweeen each task.
Network planning models are diagrams that show the time-line and the relationship between each of the tasks in a project. It must have a start time and an end time for all tasks. It should clearly state that a task must be completed before the next start, it should not contain any loops and it should not contain any “hanging” activities.
Presentation
