inform booking, And have the individual seen by jail medical staff
If an individual is tased more than three times, what doe the deputy have to do?
Get a hospital clearance
Deputies may remove taser probes unless they are located in what areas?
The: head, neck, groin, area breasts of a woman, or embedded in bone;then these probes shall be removed by medical professionals.
Following a Tayser deployment what are the deputies responsibilities?
1) . Contact the Sgt
2) . Collect the: probes, wires, and at least 3 AFIDs, and the cartridge and log them into the property room.
3) . Provide first aid to the probe contact site
4) . Photograph and document any injuries believed to be from the taser deployment
5) . Write a report; completing the use of force form, and the Taser form
6) . Sync the taser and download the applicable video before the end of the shift
