In ALL cases where a TASER is shown or used.
What exceptions exist in relation to completing a tactical options report involving the use of a TASER?
- Deployed in Training
- AOS/STG operator when deployed in AOS/STG role and presented, laser painted or arching only.
Who is responsible for disclosure in relation to TASER and how is it disclosed?
- Officer in charge of the file
- liase with TASER coordinator to obtain data & format DVD
Who can assist in assessing disclosure if their assistance is sought by the OC, or an application for disclosure under section 30 of the Act is made. (TASER)
