How is the comedic aspect of complex plotting and disguise shown?
There is already confusing plotting with Lucentio and Tranio, now with Hortensio as Litio, and another complex plot is a pretend Vincentio, all of this is comedic as an audience we understand who is disguised as who and who and how comedic it is when other characters do not understand.
How is physical comedy and slapstick shown?
There is a lot of physical comedy involving Katherina and another character (Bianca and Petruchio) however, at some times are these seen as comedic or just violent?
How is courtship and marriage shown?
The lengths that Gremio and Tranio go to to be Bianca’s suitor is comedic in itself, as they even threaten to fight, but also Petruchio trying to woo Kate can be seen as comedic, however his intentions may seem more dark and sinister than on the surface.
