A
That simply perceiving yourself as belonging to a social group would be enough to start a feeling of prejudice towards others. It claims that prejudice is a natural outcome of social grouping.

How you feel about yourself and your self-esteem depends on how you feel about the group you are a member of and to boost your self-esteem you would usually be at the expense of another group.
