What did Meeus and Raaijmaker conclude?

A

That high levels of obedience are to be expected even 20 years after the original Milgram study and that obedience in Holland is higher than the USA.
-They also noted that participants seemed more likely to deliver abuse if it was psychological harm rather than physical harm because the consequences are not as immediate
