What are the 5 requirements for something to be considered a Khuff

Answer 2

• Covers whole foot including ankle
  
  • Combines holes on one khuff can’t be bigger than 3 smaller toes, don’t include holes that are stitched or holes that do not open when walking.
  • If hole is over the toes, count the toes showing, not the smallest ones.
• Shaped like a foot, not a wrap/bag
• Not see-through
• Could walk 3 miles
• Water resistant at moment of wiping.

Name the three requirements for when Khuff is acceptable.

• Must be wearing them before a complete wudu
• Must not be expired, 24 hour or 72 hour. Time doesn’t extend if become a traveler
• Wiping both feet
  
  • If one foot gets washed under khuff, cannot wipe the other

• Wipe extent of three smallest fingers on the top of the foot.

• outspread fingers over the top of ankle

What breaks a Khuff activation?

• Anything that invalides wudu
• Taking off either khuff or taking it off past foot in ankle part
• Expiration of time
• Water getting in (puddle) and washing one foot.
  
  • Same reason why can’t wipe over a bandage and have a khuff on the other. Because wiping over bandage is like washing.
