I will need to prioritize tasks to ensoure the most important are completed first, including, ensuring the safety of officers and the public, verifying the threat and our legal authority and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to de-escalate and reduce the liklihood of a force encounter with the suspect

  • Advise Enroute
  • Confirm Dist Sgt. is enroute and supervising
  • Ensure Division Cpt. is advised
  • Ensure Division is covered by another LT.
  • Ensure resources are mobilized
    • Proper response/ prevent over response

    • Holdover if necessary
