Periodicals. It gives you the information to make a journal abbreviation. Two parts: Institutions (T 13.1) & Common Words (T13.2). And also some general instructions.

T6 and T13 look similar. Both used a lot. T6 applies to case name abbreviations. T13 applies to periodical abbreviations. There is overlap between the two charts—i.e. some abbreviations are the same but not all. For example, Electric is NOT in T13.2 (common words).
