Journal names are always abbreviated according to tables T10 (geographic terms) and T13 (Periodicals).

R 16.3. Cite the full periodical title as it appears on the title page, but capitalize according to rule 8 (unless the title is not in English, as described in rule 20.2.2(b)). Use italics.
