What is a vaccination?
An injection of a dead or weakened version of a pathogen which carries antigens causing the white blood cells to produce antibodies to attack the pathogen.
What will happen if you get infected with the same pathogen after having a vaccination?
The white blood cells have immunological memory so they produce antibodies quickly.
